"I can't help feeling that it would have been a smarter move if Microsoft had skipped the first gen "poop brown" Zune and waited until they had a real contender in the second gen. While they're starting to get competitive now, I feel like so many reactions are leftovers from that first generation, which even Zune fans might admit was pretty sad."
