I remember watching the first movie on VHS and I was absolutely terrified. I don't need a reason to be even more scared by that movie series.
Judging by the comments here, it seems like a lot of people just expect her to be eye candy, and that bothers me. It's not like she's even described wearing particularly revealing clothes in the books, but apparently people have decided that she should dress that way just because she has obvious sex appeal.
I mean, did you expect her to be walking around in a bikini? Her whole character doesn't revolve around being sexy. Jesus.

I got the idea that a) Walter felt betrayed by Fauxlivia, and b) Fauxlivia is more of a flirt than Olivia. She's more likely to banter and tease, and she's trying to show Walter that she's not really an evil person. That's how the scene read to me.
