Thank you for clarifying the physical pain involved in a rape kit in the commenting section. It's not just a trip to the gyno. And it's not pain because it's emotional. It's actual PAIN, that is not in your head. Sometimes I feel that rape victims, being usually women, are highlighted with solely emotional scars. What about the physical pain? It's profound.
