@take it as red: You can make it at home, and it's super easy.
Whisk 3/4c milk, 2 eggs, 2tbsp flour, 1/4c sugar, pinch of salt, 1tsp vanilla and 1/2tsp cinnamon if you wish. Set batter aside.
Grease a baking dish and prep the fruit - apples, plums, apricots, pears, peaches... anything that bakes well.
Place the fruit in the baking dish and then pour the batter on top, bake at 180 degrees c until puffed up and golden brown around the edges. Dust with icing sugar and then nom.
I like it because I usually have everything needed at home, and if you use trim milk it's SUPER low fat.
