"I think Jason at RCN should really learn how to not only properly monitor his phone tree, but learn how to spell big words like "inconvenience" properly."
Thing about the shuffle is I'm good enough with setting up the songs I want to listen to for the day, and I set it on straight playthrough... Granted, I actually don't listen to music much... Mostly audio books and language learning programs. You may not know 1. You don't need to put it on "shuffle" setting and 2. There is both a forward and backward button, so if you skip a song you wanted to listen to, you can go back. It's shockproof (Solid state rather than magnetic) so I can run with it, and cheap, unlike the nano which is almost as expensive as the full iPod. When I want video, I go to my PSP or my laptop.
