"There is such a thing as l'Académie Française, which decides the new words who should make it in the dictionnary.As far as the spelling, I meant more the way words such as theater are spelled theatre in England.The main difference between France and Quebec's way of speaking is in the slang(L'Académie has no control over that)If you read magazines or books written in Quebec, you'll find no difference between the two."
