"@ManhattanManHatin': Maybe I'm crazy, but I didn't find her outfits all that ridiculous. She tended to show a little too much cleavage at times, but that's pretty easy to do when you have large breasts (real or fake) and especially if those breasts are disproportionate for your size. I wouldn't necessarily wear the things she wears but I hardly found them outrageous enough to warrant the attention they were given."

"@braak: I think the argument is not that she clicked on the "Agree" button having not read the terms but that she did not set up the account at all (because the assistant did) therefore she was totally unaware of the terms. Not to justify what she did or anything, but I think that's where the lawyer is going."
