I'm specifically curious about how the local iTunes upgrade works. If I have older tracks that are 128kbps, I click the cloud icon and it upgrades it? Do I end up with two files and I have to manually delete one?

The Woot deal today is quite good. The Pioneer VSX-1021-K 7.1 Receiver which has AirPlay and AVCenter2 support. It's not their top of the line by far, but it's a damn good unit at $250 new, not refurbished.
