Oh so true. my high school photo was so bad, my sisters stole it and promised to show it to the first boyfriend I ever brought home. Which they did. They then gave it back to me as a Xmas present.
I'm not sure I can even be bothered breaking down that not everyone has the freedom, agency and choices you do and by calling their country 'backwards' you are not helping them in any way shape or form.
There is NO Hamas in Egypt. The Muslim Brotherhood have considerably more important things to concern itself with then Israel. By 'stranglehold', do you mean democratically elected by the citizens of Gaza (not the West Bank) who have been subject to collective punishment ever since?
I really don't think you need such a vast amount of privileged education (your statement is somewhat classist, with a few other isms lurking) to make the above points. It is surely common sense and in fact it often those without the privileges enabling them to do 'extensive studies' that are best able to understand this.
