Get with the times: Anorexia is out and orthorexia is in. Orthorexia is when a person essentially refrains from eating certain things under the guise of being on a special diet (like Gwyenth's macrobiotics or Nat Portman's veganism). Okay, not everyone who chooses a special diet is an aspiring anorexic. But don't we all have that one friend who uses "vegan" as an excuse to consume nothing but a single glass of carrot juice and two kernels of brown rice in a week?
