Adorable Girl Sings Fetty Wap's '679' at Tearful Toilet Funeral for Her Goldfish

Latest

Have you ever funeralized a pet? Well, it was probably lovely but not as real as the service held for a goldfish named Nemo. His favorite song was “679” by Fetty Wap featuring the Remy Boyz, which was reprised by Jazmyn Gleaton and her little sister, Jayla.

First, in the clip found on In Flex We Trust, Jazmyn sings the classic black funeral anthem “Goin’ Up Yonder,” as young Jayla carries young Nemo’s body to the porcelain throne. Then, after little sister says a few words about Nemo, his short life and their favorite song being “679” by Fetty and friends, she slowly begins singing the chorus “And I got this sewed up.” Like a good big sister, Jazmyn comes in with the background vocals “Remy boyz they know us.” As the sorrowful hymn concludes, Nemo is flushed down into the next world and Jayla shrieks in mourning, Jazmyn closes the lid on the goldfish’s final resting place.

To be honest, I pray my funeral is as heartfelt as this goldfish’s, don’t you?

R.I.P. Nemo.
