Naki'o the 'Bionic Dog' Doesn't Realize How Much He Scares Other Dogs

Maybe you’ve already heard about Naki’o, the adorable mixed-breed dog that lost all four of his paws and the tip of his tail to frostbite when he was just a wee little pup trapped in frozen puddle in the cellar of an abandoned home. Bleak, I know, but take heart! Naki’o now has four sweet prosthetic paws that allow him to play with other dogs.

The visual impact of Naki’o’s mechanized romping seems to unnerve his playmates, but the important thing is that Naki’o seems happy, well-adjusted, and very susceptible to being lured into the back of a van with promises of belly scratches and Beggin’ Strips. But seriously, folks — who’s going to help me kidnap this dog? We can go splitsies on playtime, say, every other weekend?
