On Saturday, Monique Lhuillier presented her Fall 2014 collection as part of New York Fashion Week, and although there were a couple of white, frothy frocks, there was lots of black: Lacy black, black net, black feathers, and a sweeping black cape with crimson embroidery.

The AP described the collection has having a "vampiress" vibe, and while there was a dress with a skull print, there were some gowns strewn with flower petals, for the romantic it's not-all-about-death-life-is-pretty bloodsucker. Take a look…
