Marco Rubio Leads GOP Presidential Field, Say Two Crazy Early Polls

Latest

Sen. Marco Rubio vs. Hillary Clinton in 2016’s presidential race? Maybe, according to two new polls leading up to election day 2016, which is only about 563 days, 15 hours, 18 minutes and er, 5 seconds away. Give or take.

Over at The Hill, it looks like Rubio garnered 13 percent of support from registered voters who said they might vote in the Republican primary. Rubio is followed by Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, who was endorsed by a Koch boy this week, and Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, who had to pick his son up after catching a drunk driving charge the other day.

Awesome group.

Elsewhere, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush grabbed 9 percent while former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee garnered the same.

I can’t help but wonder what Hunter S. Thompson would make of all this.
