Technical difficulties made today’s WGN morning broadcast in Chicago a creative conundrum — what are two anchors paid to talk supposed to do without sound?

Robin Baumgarten and Larry Potash were stuck with dead air for about one minute, presumably while the production team ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. When the sound finally returned, the anchors neglected to report the name of the poor soul who will lose their job over this snafu.
