So, OMG you guys, the fourth season of The Hills premiered last night, and it was totally full of dramz. First, Lauren went on a date with a fratty Ryan Reynolds-esque boy named Doug, and this was supposed to be a big deal because she hasn't gone on multiple dates with a guy since she was dating Brody Jenner, which was two seasons ago. Of course none of this is true; it seems like every time Lauren is preparing for a date with a guy she laments the fact that this is the "first date" she has gone on since she dated Brody. Anyway, after her "successful" date with Doug, Lauren invited him to a birthday party she and Lo were throwing for Audrina at their house, and that was when things got interesting. More »

John Mayer on his breakup with Jen Aniston: "There's no lying, there's no cheating, there's no nothing. Jennifer Aniston is the smartest, most sophisticated person I think I have ever met. People are different, people have different chemistry. I ended a relationship to be alone, because I don't want to waste somebody's time if something's not right." Okay, this report says that though they're going through a rocky time, John and Jen are not over. Then again, it also claims that "the birth of the Brangelina twins has got her down." Ugh. [The Sun]

We've always enjoyed Lo's sidekick contributions on The Hills, but last night's episode was her first as an actual roommate. (Bitch better hope she doesn't start dating someone Lauren doesn't like, otherwise she'll be banished to the guest house.)
