Meet Latarian Milton, a 7-year-old South Florida boy who faces grand theft auto charges after he stole his grandma's Dodge Durango for a joyride with a buddy of the same age (who smokes cigarettes) in which he smashed into mailboxes, other cars, and street signs until the front wheels fell off.
