Jill Scott Finally Accepts Bill Cosby's Word That He's a Rapist

Jill Scott, a wonderful singer and bad opinion-haver, was one of the many Bill Cosby apologists who had a revelation Monday. She’s now ready to believe the numerous women who’ve come forward accusing him of rape.

All it took was a document from a previously sealed 2005 deposition in which Cosby admits to drugging women (with the intent of raping them).

Now, Scott—and the many others who conflate this rotten individual’s actions with America’s history of wrongly incriminating black men and/or painting them as monster rapists—have the “proof” they needed, straight from the rapist’s mouth (because that always happens, of course) rather than the very questionable mouths of the victims.

Scott and others like her must now relent on their stance and admit that Bill Cosby is a rapist. Still, she says, “I’m not sorry for standing by my mentor. I’m sorry the accusations Rtrue (sic).”
