Jessica Lange Is the Face of Marc Jacobs Beauty

Latest

Jessica Lange, 64, has just been announced as the face of Marc Jacobs’s beauty line.

Congratulations (and this might sort of make up for the fact that she’s likely not coming back to American Horror Story next season.). According to The Cut, it’s not the first time Jacobs and Lange have partnered together:

Lange, who provided the eerie, repetitive, spoken-word soundtrack at Marc Jacobs’s fall show, is officially the face of his new beauty campaign. The brand announced the news via Twitter,
alongside a shadowy portrait of the 64-year-old actress wearing a
peach-colored lip and smokey eye.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous.

Of course, not to be outdone, Charlotte Rampling, 68, was recently announced as the face of the NARS 20th Anniversary Campaign. Via the Daily Mail:

Ms Rampling was chosen for the campaign because she is a longtime muse of NARS founder, Francois Nars. Mr Nars told WWD that
Ms Rampling is ‘a natural beauty that feels strong, yet relatable…[her]
ability of transformation is unparalleled.
‘Whether
captured in pieces of artwork, through the lens of a magazine
photographer or on film and the big screen, she had an amazing power to
encompass a character.’ The ads, which have been shot by Mr Nars himself, will appear in an assortment of fashion magazines.

Not too shabby, ladies.
