In August Teresa Culpepper called the Atlanta police because her truck had been stolen, but they wound up arresting her for an aggravated assault allegedly committed by another woman named Teresa. Culpepper spent nearly two months in jail until the other Teresa came to court to explain the mix up. Now police say they've opened an investigation to see if any "policies or procedures were violated."
