There’s a 19-year-old from California who scored two winning lotto tickets in one week and I’m screaming internally and externally.

Rosa Dominguez bought a Power 5 ticket at a gas station in Paso Robles, won a few thou, and then hit the jackpot again. How come nothing good ever happens to you? I can’t answer that.

ABC News reports:

Dominguez won the top prize of $555,555, according to the California Lottery. “I was so nervous I just wanted to cry,” she told the lottery.

After winning more than $500,000, the young woman tried her luck again and purchased a $5 Lucky Fortune Scratcher that turned out to be worth $100,000. This time, the ticket was at a Valero gas station in Monterey County.

Above is a photo of Dominguez holding up her two big checks. Of course, this isn’t enough money for her to never have to work again in life, and she’s also susceptible to the famous lotto curse.
