Hannah Horvath Tears Up the Late Night With Seth Meyers Writers' Room 

Lena Dunham, in character as Girls character Hannah Horvath, joined the writing staff of Late Night With Seth Meyers for a few very painful minutes: “I’m just excited to be here and get this show out of its incredible funk,” she says with a smile.

The skit is pretty great at first, as Hannah hogs all the pitches, throws out wild accusations of misogyny, Skypes with Marnie, and gets hungry: “I’m a little on edge because I didn’t eat breakfast because I just assumed there would be free bagels here.”

It’s a little one-note, though, and ends on a fizzle. This show kind of is in an incredible funk, huh?
