Does MTV not realize how much everyone loves Whitney?? She's far and away the best character most episodes, especially since Lo's been MIA for a few weeks.
PLUS this girl is like 19 or 20, which means she can't legally drink, which all the other cast members just took care of by turning 21, which should/could add to the fun of the show. Why would they ruin that?

I'm thinking MTV did this because Whitney wasn't giving them enough dirt to go on. She's pretty dramz-free, staying clear of it all the time, so I think they needed to bring in someone stupider and willing to put themselves out there and in f-ed up situations. Kind of how The Real World has taken to casting only idiot savants.

@funnyface: in my opinion, grey's anatomy has not been good since the second season. meh writing, same boring plots, and acting's gone south (katherine heigl's surprised look at the emmys mirrored what everyone was feeling inside) with the exception of chandra wilson who could do no wrong.

This season has been slightly better than season 3, but it still feels like it's a retread of the first two seasons, which goes to show that Shonda Rimes is not a terribly talented writer--I'm really not looking forward to what appears to be a new love triangle for Meredith and Derek. But I continue to watch it because it's my crack TV--30 Rock and The Office are two of my actual favorites on television right now.

Whitney is leaving to be the next "Batchelorette" you heard it here first!
