We were worried, last month, when we read that Lauren Conrad, our, like, sixteenth favorite reality TV star on Viacom right now, was giving up dreams of acting because, as it turned out, she wasn't good. Which is why today's press release that L.C. had not lost hope and was still seeking her true calling, this time by launching a clothing line — in virtual reality AND reality reality — was such a heartfelt relief. We don't know if L.C. will actually discover any hidden talent for fashion, but we are pretty sure you don't have to have much talent to succeed in it anyway, right? You just need to have your finger on the pulse. Like Tory Burch, or Cory Kennedy. And L.C. appears to have her finger solidly on the pulse: in this post on Teen Vogue's inimitible intern blog "Behind the Seams," she shares with us her fave shopping haunts in LA, and they just SCREAM zeitgeist. Who doesn't love Bloomingdales and H&M, after all? Certainly Teen Vogue readers seem to agree!
