So, In the interest of the public good, we decided to call up the customer service reps at both Kimberly-Clark (makers of Huggies) and Procter & Gamble (parent company of Pampers) to confirm. Their conclusions? Wipes are to be kept out and away from the WC. (Except, says Cathy at the Pampers Helpline, the brand's Kan-Doo wipes, which are marketed for already-potty-trained children.)
