While many children are clamoring to hear more from Justin Bieber's Christmas album, one high school used his music to torment older kids into participating in a fundraiser. At Evanston Township High School in Illinois, administrators agreed to blare the song "Baby" over the loudspeaker between classes until the school raised $1,000 for Boocoo, a nearby café-art studio/student hangout.
