Two Massachusetts businesses are battling over the rights to the alleged axe-murderer's legacy: the Lizzie Borden Bed and Breakfast in Fall River, where the 1892 double-murders took place, is suing a new museum in Salem to prevent its gift shop from using Borden's name, claiming it would infringe on his inn's trademark and take business away from the town.
