Eva Mendes Gives Birth: Ryan Gosling Has a Gosling

People of the world, it has happened. Multiple sources have confirmed to US Weekly that last Friday, on the twelfth day of this ninth month of the of the year 2014, Eva Mendes gave birth a baby girl. The Gosling’s gosling hath arrived!

The two have kept the pregnancy ultra low-key, as rumors surfaced only in July that Mendes, 40, was seven months pregnant. As Us Weekly notes, Mendes’ last red carpet appearance was in February (after brushing off pregnancy rumors on the Ellen show), though she did appear on the cover of Flare in May and was a guest on the Queen Latifah Show in back in June.

While the couple has yet to confirm the arrival of the baby, I think we can all confirm that it’s going to be one gorgeous child unlike these forensic mockups. *Prays that the little girl inherited the Mendes mole*
