Thirty-six year old Doo Ri Chung is known for her "smart, slouchy sophistication." Before winning some cash from the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund a couple of years ago, she'd been working out of the basement of her parents’ New Jersey dry-cleaning store. For Spring 2009, her collection is fairly simple: Despite some interesting, droopy pants, her strength is in dresses.
