The U.S. Transportation Department has announced that it will be implementing several major updates to its vehicle safety rating program, one of which will include lady dummies in safety tests. The dummies, which weigh 108 pounds and measure 4 feet 8 inches in height, will only be placed in passenger seats; testers hope that the new dummies will help improve the safety needs of smaller women. Wait, only passenger seats? Don't petite women drive too?
