This morning in Los Angeles, Jessica Simpson FINALLY gave birth to a baby girl, Maxwell Drew Johnson. As you may recall, Simpson announced her pregnancy on Halloween, dressed as a mummy. For some reason, that seems like ages ago; as November, December, January, February and March passed, folks got antsy. Was she still pregnant? How could it be? Even the tabloids — first Ok!, then In Touch — were so impatient to meet Jessica's unborn spawn that editors breathlessly described her "dramatic delivery" and her "first days as a new mom" — a month ago! Little Maxwell finished cooking up at a juicy 9 lbs. 13 ounces. Rumor has it Papa Joe Simpson is already planning career moves for the kid. Congrats to all!
