Congrats to NBC's Tamron Hall! After filling in now and then, she's officially been hired to co-host the third hour of Today. Hall, who listens to Bun B to get hyped up for work and names Lena Horne as her inspiration, is the first black woman to have one of the anchor seats on the Today show; she will continue to host MSNBC's NewsNation. She tells Essence: "I'm a part of this for women, for Black women, for all of us. And I'm just taken aback by it. I can't even describe to you how it feels."
