Google's strictest "SafeSearch" option has a bizarre way of filtering out search terms that relate to women's bodies. The word "clitoris" is completely banned on the word list of searchable terms but the word "vagina" brings up about 21 million results and "labia" brings up over 2 million "safe" options. A new procedure being pioneered in Burkina Faso is reported to be able to begin to reconstruct the clitoris using "hidden" tissue, thus restoring sexual sensation.
