This weekend in Cannes, stars showed up for the premiere of screenwriter Charlie Kaufman's next effort, Synecdoche, New York, which Kaufman both wrote and directed. If you're a fan of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Adaptation, this movie will probably excite you. (It stars Philip Seymour Hoffman as a theater director attempting to create a life-sized replica of New York inside a warehouse as part of a new theatrical production.) If you're a fan of Michelle Williams, Kerry Washington, and a pretty actress named Clementine Poidatz, well, roll up your sleeves and get ready to dig into this awesome installment of The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly. Your favorite guest blogger tears fashion a new one, after the jump.
