No, Britney Spears cracking a whip and motivating terrified strangers to “Work, Bitch” is not a particularly wild dream you once had — it’s a real thing that happened late last week when Spears was a guest on Alan Carr’s Chatty Man in the UK.

Carr, who’s always up for a drunk and silly time, gave Britney the whip and had her march around the studio with him to help motivate everyone from his employees to his boyfriend to members of the audience who he didn’t think were laughing hard enough. Spears seemed as uncomfortable with the bit as she does with everything these days, but was still a good sport.
