Baby Girls Are Now Only Named Sophia and Emma. Get Used to It.

At this point in my life, I think the sentence I hear most is “I have a 9-month-old named Sophia.”

According to these maps over at Business Insider, the chance you named your baby Emma or Sophia is pretty damn high — well, unless you’re in Florida (Isabella), Idaho (Olivia), or Vermont (Ava). Well, at least every girl in your daughters class will have a pretty name? Even if it’s all the same one.

Little boys have a lot more variety in their name game, with Jacob, William, and Liam all dominating several states.
