Perhaps you've noticed the preponderance of videos and other "fun" shit on the site today. The reason for that deluge is as follows: This is the end of our first week of "real" blogging (which is kind of like fighting the Japanese in the Pacific theater, you know), we're exhausted, and we have a half day today in honor of the holiday weekend. (It could also be because Moe is hungover and on a bit of a roll.) Anyway, the fact is that we really aren't in the mood to, like think. Or read women's magazines and document how they're tearing society apart. But seriously: A safe and enjoyable 3-day holiday to everyone, and at the risk of sounding, you know, sincere, please do take a moment this weekend to give thanks to the men and women who have given their lives while serving our country.
