Amy Schumer has agreed to act alongside several men in the wedding comedy Who Invited Her? The project, described as a “bachelor comedy,” sounds like it’s about a bunch of dudes hanging out before their fun is interrupted by a vagina.
According to Variety:
Schumer will portray a woman who insists on attending her best guy friend’s bachelor party weekend. John Phillips is writing the latest draft of Sascha Rothchild’s script. No director is yet attached.
Though the script is still undeveloped, it’s a given that at some point in the movie, one of the men will scoff, look around the room and wonder aloud: “Who invited her?”
After Trainwreck, which made $110 million at the U.S. box office, Schumer is also starring in the drama Thank You for Your Service, as well as with Goldie Hawn in a Mother’s Day film.
