Adorable Love Note Between 4-year-olds Is So Sweet It Burns

Baily and Bennett are in love. Baily and Bennett are four. Baily and Bennett are giving the rest of us a run for our money when it comes to penning sweet nothings to one’s sweetheart. Who needs “you complete me” when you’ve got magic tricks and battling robots.

The note was originally posted on Reddit by Bennet’s mother, but has gone viral this week due to the fact that it’s pretty much the most adorable thing you will see this week besides a small child falling asleep during the Thanksgiving meal. And come on, Bennet tells Baily that she’s as pretty as a horse or a ladybug. And he’s got cheese? God, has this kid got a handle on romance or what?

Here’s the note:

“Will you please come to my house? Let’s play together. I think you are pretty like a horse or a ladybug. I’m not sure which. You should come to my house and eat cheeses with me. I love you and I lost a tooth last night. I think I would like to do a magic trick for you and then let you watch me battle robots.”

Bennet’s mother is happy that her son, whom she describes as “a character” is getting all this attention. According to Today, it’s a nice diversion for him as he’s currently battling cancer, although his mother hopes that his next doctor’s visit will establish that he’s now cancer free and can show Baily magic tricks to his heart’s delight.
