New have firefighters

The Supreme Court has overturned a legal decision signed by Sonia Sotomayor in the reverse-discrimination case of white firefighters in New Haven, Connecticut. It's been an issue for Sotomayor since her nomination; this will add to the controversy. [Washington Post]
