Michelle Obama the Person Is Awesome. Michelle Obama the Song Is Terrible.

The first family has dealt with more than their fair share of attacks since Barack Obama took office so I guess it’s safe to say that Michelle Obama is tough enough to handle one more. This incident is a little tricky, however, since the assault is less of an attack on her verbally and more of an attack on her aurally. While it’s unclear if LiL Debbie’s “Michelle Obama” (featuring Riff Raff) is meant to be a compliment — the lyrics are total nonsense — it doesn’t seem like an insult either. Only one thing is for certain and that’s that I would rather lick the taint of every member of Die Antwoord than be forced to share a space with Riff Raff. Let’s hope it never comes to this.
