Men and Women (Literally) Have Different Views of the World

Men and women see things differently, according to a new study on the way the visual parts of our brain work. And no, annoying former bro-colleague who shall not be named, that doesn't mean you can now post an obnoxious Facebook status about how "LOL THIS EXPLAINS SO MUCH!"

But it does mean that men have greater sensitivity to fine detail and rapidly moving stimuli while women are better at discriminating between colors. (That's why they're better at driving while we're better at pinning different colored sweaters on Pinterest! The sexist jokes just write themselves.)

The eyes have it: Men do see things differently to women [Eureka Alert]
