Most of us know her as either Grown-Up Chrissy on Now And Then or Tom Hanks' beloved volleyball of 24 years, but actress Rita Wilson also played Roxie Hart in the Chicago revival on Broadway. Her talent as a songstress will be revealed this May on her first solo album AM/FM, featuring '60s and '70s classics, a.k.a. bath beads for your ears.
Above is her cover of "Come See About Me" by the Supremes (am I having a stroke, or is that a picture of toddler Tom Hanks at 0:30?) and below, "All I Have To Do Is Dream" by the Everly Brothers. Both videos feature Wilson walking on the beach, crooning to a chill Jack Johnson-ish beat, with tousled hair, a long cardigan, an abiding comfort with her impending "change of life" and awesome health insurance.
