Swedish Hasbeens' New Lookbook is a Little Creepy

Swedish brand Hasbeens has always seemed to have a good head on its shoulders, creative-direction-wise — they make their cute (albeit expensive) shoes by hand in small factories and preach environmental friendliness. So it's a bit of a bummer that their new Spring Lookbook is a tad bit ... creepy.

"The decision to hide the models' faces while displaying their oiled up and smoothly photoshopped bodies takes away what makes them human and leaves them as sexualized dismembered body parts," Hannah of Heart City Vintage writes. I liked a few of their photos — particularly this snazzy weightlifter — but I agree that most of them rub me the wrong way.
