Okay, that headline's not exactly true. But Ann Romney recently joked that she would take over her husband's debating duties while introducing Mitt at an Americans For Prosperity event:
"I also decided no more debates...If we're going to do another debate, he's going to just sit in the audience and watch me."
I honestly don't really get the joke — the Romney clan definitely has an awkward sense of humor — but I'm on board. Hey, CNN recently canceled a March 1st debate after Romney pulled out due to a scheduling conflict ... now we know why.
