Now in its fourth season, it's hardly an overestimation to say that Parks and Recreation continues to get better and better. They may have a difficult time topping themselves after last night's episode, however, in which Paul Rudd appeared as Leslie's opponent in the race for City Council. No one can play entitled, dumb-yet-impossibly-likable as well as Rudd (see Wet Hot American Summer and Anchorman for examples), so it's no shock that he shined as Bobby Newport, heir to Pawnee's feudalistic candy empire Sweetums.
