Matthew Fox Sues Woman He Allegedly Punched In The Genitals

In August driver Heather Bormann sued Matthew Fox for allegedly violating the sanctity of the party bus by attempting to join a stranger's bachelor party, then punching her in the breast and nether regions when she told him to get off the bus. Now Fox has filed a countersuit, alleging that she started their brawl. You may be wondering why someone would see a drunken TV actor and immediately start punching them, but remember some people were really pissed about the Lost finale. Fox claims that as a result of Bormann's false allegations, he's been subjected to "public hatred, contempt, ridicule, and shame." [TMZ]

  • Speaking of Glee, avert your eyes if you don't want to be spoiled for tomorrow's episode. Okay, so although an earlier report said Kurt and Blaine decide not to have sex in tomorrow's episode, according to Chris Colfer it's going to be "the first time you've seen two gay kids lose it to each other." He adds, "I really hope that if Kurt and Blaine do anything for society or the world or anything like that, I really just hope it kind of sets the standard for gay kids. I don't mean to upset anyone by saying this, but it is just kind of a known fact that a lot of gay kids are very promiscuous and non-exclusive with each other when they have relationships, which is really sad. But I think with Kurt and Blaine, I would hope would set an example of what something should be and could be. You know, two people finding each other and really loving each other and wanting to give the world to each other." [E!]
