Taylor Armstrong Is Broke, Will Give First Interview To Barbara Walters

Taylor Armstrong—who was involved in a no-assets divorce with her estranged husband Russell before he committed suicide on August 15—is reportedly "struggling" to make ends meet. With no income, she is trying to figure out how to support her 5-year-old daughter, Kennedy, and where they are going to live. A "source" says, "She had plans to write a book before Russell committed suicide, but now she doesn't know what she is going to do." Could this be the same tell-all book Russell feared would expose his bisexuality and predilection for S&M?

Taylor's financial situation could be why, as US reported, she was shopping around an exclusive interview for $100,000 just days after Russell's death. Taylor was reportedly "negotiating" with Bravo for an hour-long sit down, but that never came to fruition. Instead, the entire Beverly Hills cast, sans Taylor, filmed a "suicide special" for the network on Monday. (Russell's mother, John Ann Hotchkiss, who has been critical of Bravo—blaming the network outright for his death—says that she hopes the special will be "tasteful," telling HLN's Jane Velez-Mitchell, "Let's not murder my son twice.")

"Sources" are saying that Taylor will likely sit down with Barbara Walters within the next month to break her silence after Russell's death. ABC has yet to confirm the interview, but after being "besieged" by media requests, Taylor says she'd feel most comfortable chatting with Babs.
