Christina Aguilera's son Max was spotted at LAX with a black eye yesterday, and today MediaTakeOut.com published the photos under the headline, "CHILD ABUSE???? CHRISTINA AGUILERA'S SON IS PHOTO'D WITH A BLACK EYE!!!" Now Aguilera is fuming and her lawyer says she might sue. It was suggested that Aguilera's "erratic behavior and alleged booze-filled outings" led to the injury, but 3-year-old Max actually fell while chasing squirrels in the park with his nanny. Her lawyer said in a letter to the site, "To imply that she had something to do with this incident, without any investigation on your part whatsoever, is reckless and unconscionable," and concluded, "HAVE YOU NO SHAME!!!!" The post has now been edited to remove the disgusting suggestion that Aguilera punched her son. [TMZ, TMZ]
