Charges Against Dominique Strauss-Kahn To Be Dropped

Criminal sexual assault charges against former IMF head Dominique Strauss-Kahn are to be formally dropped tomorrow, according to sources familiar with the case. The action is due to "credibility issues" with Strauss-Kahn's accuser, a 32 year old hotel maid.

Her civil suit against him, however, will proceed.

Dominique Strauss-Kahn faces additional rape charges in his native France.
